Queens Park Family Home
The brief for this project was to rebuild the small 2 bedroom, one bathroom property. This home has been recreated into a functional & beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family residence. This light filled home now has a Hamptons, coastal vibe.
Paddington Terrace
The client required a complete strip out of the two-story terrace. The kitchen was completely redesigned to improve functionality.
Two new bathrooms, including a beautiful shower featured in a dormer window, were included in the scope of work.
A feature staircase & new flooring was put in plus new wardrobe joinery throughout.
Bondi Junction Terrace
This architecturally designed terrace was a rebuild, with only the front room staying. The Victorian terrace was converted into a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, including an eat-in kitchen & family room. A clever use of space made it a functional home.
Paddington Guest House
This project was to convert a glasshouse into a guest house, with a bathroom, dormer window and motorised windows.
PADDINGTON TOWNHOUSE
Our client wanted to make better use of the space in their four storey Paddington Townhouse. The garage was extended to acommodate a 2nd car. The kitchen was relocated from the 1st floor to the entry level. Structural walls were removed and new joinery throughout.
DARLING POINT
A complete renovation was requested by this client for her young family of 6. Knocking out walls to completely open up the space. A breakfast bench to seat the children was a must.
The main bathroom was opened up to create a double vanity, while the ensuite was reconfigured. A European laundry was a much needed addition.
A light colour palate and brushed brass finishes were used throughout.
POTTS POINT Modern apartment
The brief from this client was to recreate the space in the entire apartment which involved knocking out walls. Marble and rose gold finishes used throughout with black fixtures. The wow factor in this apartment was the floating island bench in the kitchen.
Woollahra Guest House
Eastside Renovations recreated the interior of the guest house for this stunning terrace in Sydney's Eastern suburbs. Also constructing a deck and installing a magnificent steel pool fence, designed by a well known local artist.
BRONTE
This client has a love of American Oak which was used throughout the kitchen and laundry area.
We relocated the kitchen and demolished walls to open up the space. Internal access from the garage was also achieved.
A seamless transition to the outdoor entertaining area was achieved by creating a custom built-in BBQ and bench seating.
Bondi Beachside Apartment
The brief for this beach-side apartment was a complete renovation which included opening up spaces, new kitchen, new bathrooms and timber floors throughout. Structural changes were incorporated into the design creating an open and livable space.
